Doylestown Borough Council unanimously adopted Ordinance No. 2026-7 on June 22 to codify the long-standing loading zone in front of the County Theater. Public Safety Chair Larry Browne told Council the ordinance simply records an existing loading zone and had been advertised following the committee’s prior authorization.
Council Member Robert Kinney asked for confirmation that the ordinance only formalized what had long been in practice; the reply was recorded as “yes.” The motion (Browne–O’Hanlon) passed without opposition. No further public comment or conditions were recorded at the meeting.
