Carver County approved Amendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with Stonebrook to continue engineering and inspection services during construction for the Dakota Regional Rail bridge projects. The motion was moved by Commissioner Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Fahey, and approved by voice vote.
