The Coffee County Commission approved a rezoning request for a small, pie-shaped parcel adjacent to a sawmill on Old Tullahoma Highway that Manchester City de-annexed and forwarded with a positive recommendation from its planning commission. The county required a public hearing and the official minutes and resolution from Manchester; the chair said the county had now received the proper documentation and voted to approve the rezoning.
