City administration reported year-end processing tasks, staff safety training, finalizing interlocal agreements for the Neighborhood Revitalization Program, and work on an RFQ for KDOT Transportation Alternative sidewalk preconstruction services with Southeast Kansas Regional Planning assisting.

The city administrator updated the council on administrative tasks including year-end municipal software rollover, employee safety training on holiday and seasonal fatigue, and staff training with City Clerk Shyanne Powell. Staff are working to finalize interlocal agreements with Labette County and Labette Community College for the 2025 Neighborhood Revitalization Program.
