The commission appointed James Rossell (Class II, July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027), James Kindya (Class IV, July 1, 2026–June 30, 2030) and Daniel Gaspari (Class IV, July 1, 2026–June 30, 2030) to the Joint Land Use Board by unanimous vote.

The borough approved three appointments to the Joint Land Use Board under Resolution 2026‑143. James Rossell was appointed as a Class II member for a one‑year term (July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027). James Kindya and Daniel Gaspari were each appointed as Class IV members for terms running July 1, 2026–June 30, 2030. The motions were made by Commissioner Wendell and seconded by Commissioner Alemi; the minutes record unanimous approval.
