The manager said he "did make a transfer to water and wastewater, a large amount..." and indicated that aside from wastewater project finishing costs the town is expected to remain within budget for the year.
A motion to approve the summary was made and seconded and passed with council voice vote. The manager noted revenue projections remain uncertain and staff will continue monitoring where revenues settle by year end.
