The council approved zoning permits for multiple residential properties (including 640 South Mill and 195 Regas Street) after motions and voice votes; approvals covered additions and temporary permits as noted in the agenda.

At the zoning portion of the agenda, the Chair requested motions on several permit applications. Committee member (S2) moved to approve the zoning permit for 640 South Mill; the motion was seconded and approved. The council also moved to approve permits for 101 Toronto Road and 195 Regas Street (including a 10x10 bathroom addition) with committee members making motions and the Chair calling voice votes.
