St. Johns commissioners back Best Foot Forward pedestrian‑safety program

Chair Clay Murphy moved to accept the proclamation; the motion passed on the consent agenda. Commissioners noted the sheriff's office will partner on enforcement and the program will be coordinated with county public works for signage and striping recommendations.
