The board approved Resolution 24‑20‑26 to amend Chapter 60 (Highway) of the Marquette County Code of Ordinances. During review, a board member pointed out several places where the draft referred only to "ATV" and suggested adding "UTV" for consistency; corporation counsel and staff indicated no legal objection and the board approved the friendly amendment by voice vote.
