BOSAC moves to executive session to discuss potential open-space purchase

Presiding officer Nikki La Rochelle moved the board into executive session under Colorado's open-meetings statute for the stated purpose of "determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategies for negotiations, and instructing negotiators concerning a property that town may be interested in acquiring for open space purposes." A second was provided and the chair then read the executive-session notice and the list of participants who would remain for the closed session.
