At its July 21 meeting the Bernards Township Planning Board approved resolutions for Okta Pharmaceuticals and Ridge Oak Management and authorized a change order for the board planner’s contract; roll-call votes were recorded and the chair announced each motion carried.

Before the Fellowship Village hearing, the board handled routine business and approved several items by roll call. The board approved a resolution for Okta Pharmaceuticals (PB 23-001A; Block 2401 Lot 4170, Mount Airy Road) after a motion by Mister Crane and a second by Miss Bannon; the chair announced the motion carries.
