Mayor Tamela Takahashi said the City Council will hold a study session beginning at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21 to review the draft Golden State specific plan policy document. "Beginning at 5PM on Tuesday, July 21, the council will hold a study session to discuss the draft Golden State specific plan policy document," she said.
