Board approves Bentley Construction site-clearing application with utility question

The board approved a Site Clearing / Site Work application for Parcel ID 08-3N-24-2380-0130-0010 submitted by Bentley Construction (Application #20260618). The application was presented by Land Use Administrator Lee Anne Wollitz and approved by unanimous motion (moved by Vice Chair Dustin Winnon, seconded by Kevin Webb).
During discussion, Chair Harold “Skip” Frey asked about utility connections planned for the future dwelling on the parcel. Wollitz referred the board to a development investigation and reminded members that the Town Council retains final authority over septic tank exceptions. The board recorded a unanimous vote to approve the site work application.
The approval allows site clearing to proceed under the conditions and permitting requirements tracked by the planning staff; any septic exceptions will require Council consideration.
