The Board of Commissioners approved a second amendment to an interlocal agreement with Pinellas County to extend hours for a county-owned parking lot to 10 p.m. for a six-month pilot. Town Manager Margaret Carey said the change was requested by a business owner and the pilot will allow the County and Town to assess any unforeseen issues.
