Engineer Frietsch presented three bids for precast concrete box culvert barrel and end sections for the Halter Avenue replacement: Midstates Precast Products ($64,889.38), Rinker Materials ($65,352.00) and Progressive Structures, LLC ($74,040.00). The board voted to award the contract to Midstates Precast Products for $64,889.38.
