Engineering updates: Phase I acceptability items, Phase II ROW progress, Chub Run bid date moved

The engineering report covered multiple project updates. For Phase I AMD, staff presented Change Order 4, Engineering Amendment 2 and a Notice of Acceptability. For Phase II AMD, engineers said they had obtained 30 of 34 required right-of-ways (ROWs); ROWs remain outstanding for two businesses, one utility and one resident, the Department of Health permit is under review, and tree-felling and an upcoming to-bid meeting with AML were discussed.
