Treasurer Leslie Cummings presented Revision #1 of the Outage Communication Plan after the Public Service Commission rejected the town's original submission. Councilor Charlene Louk moved to accept the revised plan with the single change of adding the word "water" to the title; Councilor Karen Phillips seconded the motion and the council approved it unanimously by roll call.
