CDD sets July hearing on FY2026 budget after small net decrease in appropriations

The Heritage Pines CDD board set a July 15, 2025 public hearing for its proposed FY2026 operations budget, which District Manager Chuck Adams said reduces total appropriations by about $4,000 and lowers the O&M assessment by roughly $2.88 per unit compared to FY2025.
