Resident and plan commissioner raise legal concerns over proposed Subdivision Control Ordinance

Max Greene told the Board of Commissioners during public comment that "the proposed ordinance doesn't meet state code," and alleged the Plan Commission was not livestreaming its meetings. Greene said the lack of livestreaming could undermine the legality of the ordinance's public hearing process.
