At the meeting the council considered the March financial summary. One council member moved "to approve the March financial summary as presented," and the Chair announced, "Motion made by Tim, 2nd by Kyle." After a brief call for discussion there was a voice vote; the Chair recorded "Aye" and declared the motion carried.
