Board approves conditional use permit to replace stairway at 312 North Cove Road

St. Croix County BOA approved a conditional use permit allowing Brent and Jennifer Wilbur to remove and replace an existing stairway to St. Croix River at 312 North Cove Road. The permit includes engineered piling, revegetation to screen the stairway within five years, a land‑use permit prior to work, and a one‑year start/ two‑year completion timetable.
