River Ridge CDD adopts Resolution 2025-02, elects board officers

The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2025-02 on Nov. 19, 2024, electing officers for the coming term. On a motion by Supervisor Terry Mountford, seconded by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal, the board elected Bob Schultz as Chair and Terry Mountford as Vice Chair; Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill were named assistant secretaries. The motion passed unanimously.
Cleo Adams presented the resolution and noted that several prior administrative appointments remain in place, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as Secretary, Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer, and Jeff Pinder as assistant treasurer. The action formalizes the board’s leadership assignments following the swearing-in of newly elected supervisors earlier in the meeting.
