The Proctor Selectboard approved and signed a Resolution for a Capital Improvement Project during its Jan. 16, 2025 special meeting. Selectboard member Linda Doty moved the resolution with a change in paragraph 6 substituting "PHS" for "Town Office;" Bruce Baccei seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
