Trustees adopt record-keeping policy, create 'Issues and Resolution' binder
At their April 2026 meeting, the Trustees of Trust Funds approved a formal "Policy on Record Keeping for Trustees of Trust Funds" and agreed to maintain an "Issues and Resolution" binder for resolved email threads to aid future reference.

Jennifer Hoyt, Chair of the Trustees of Trust Funds, presented a proposed "Policy on Record Keeping for Trustees of Trust Funds" and led the trustees in a discussion of its wording. Julia Jones, the board secretary, moved to adopt the policy; Louise Andrus, treasurer, seconded the motion and all voted in favor.
