Senior Planner Lori Anderson briefed the board on the Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Ordinance Advisory Committee. Anderson said the advisory group will consist of 11 voting members and 10 ex‑officio members to advise the county’s ordinance work on solar and BESS issues.
