Staff presented a conditional-use request by Don (Dale) Dingman for a second residence on a farm for a worker. The proposal applies to land partly zoned A1 prime agricultural and C2 upland resource conservation; staff and the town concluded the location is near existing farm buildings and will not convert actively farmed ground or limit surrounding agricultural potential.
