Spring Green trustees approve St. John’s Funfest license and operator permits; school fireworks, parade approved with candy restriction
At its July 8 meeting, the Village of Spring Green Board approved a Temporary Class B retailer’s license for St. John’s Funfest (Aug. 7–9, 2026), issued two operator licenses, and conditionally approved an RVHS fireworks display and Homecoming Parade with a restriction on throwing candy from floats.
