A resident who appears in the attendance list asked to make a public comment about a matter not on the agenda and cited the Open Meeting Law. Selectboard members Aileen Tulloch and Chair Eric McGowan responded that public comment is not part of special meetings; Tulloch added that public-safety concerns should be brought to the Town Manager.
