Resident urges cap on dispensaries, requests nuisance rule for odor
Resident Sandy Odenwald asked the Board to cap dispensaries at one within city limits, direct dispensary tax revenue to Police and Fire departments, and add a nuisance code addressing marijuana odor, saying she feels "there is a dispensary on every corner."

During the public comment period, resident Sandy Odenwald of 7316 Sutherland Ave urged the Board to limit the number of cannabis dispensaries in Shrewsbury to one and asked that any tax revenue from dispensaries be directed to the Shrewsbury Police and Fire departments.
