The Statham City Council authorized staff to draft and publish a request for proposals for Impact Fee consulting services to support the creation of an Impact Fee Ordinance. Council member (S4) moved to authorize the mayor and city administrator to solicit proposals for researching, drafting, and formulating a capital improvement element and calculating impact fees.
