The board approved a set of construction payments and a contract change order for county projects. Chair presented pay application #1 for $106,813.23 payable to BNS Tile Excavation and a pay application of $328,053.24 payable to Wrightsville Excavating for DD4 Lateral 11/Sub 9 work completed May 14–July 8, 2026; both pay apps were moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
