Bonduel approves revised conditional use permit request and decision forms

After review by the Village Attorney and consultation with peer clerks and the League of Municipalities, the board approved new conditional use permit request and decision forms to align with the Village ordinance.
The Village Attorney reviewed a past conditional use permit and recommended a more comprehensive decision form. Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Maroszek drafted new request and decision forms to follow the Village ordinance and solicited examples from the League of Municipalities and clerk peers. Board member Michelle Streetman moved and Andrew Court seconded approval of the forms; the motion carried unanimously.
The adopted forms are intended to provide a more complete record of conditional use permit applications and decisions in conformance with the Village ordinance. The board recorded no amendments and implementation oversight was left to the Clerk’s office.
