Residents raise illegal-dumping, antenna noise and code-enforcement complaints
Multiple residents urged the town to address a large fill/dumping site on Commerce Road and a noisy antenna near a residence; town staff said DEC had acted on one site and committed to follow up on the antenna complaint with the code enforcement officer.

Residents brought several enforcement complaints to the board. One speaker described repeated dump-truck fill activity on Commerce Road and alleged the material included illegal fill such as concrete and asphalt; he urged the town to contact DEC and the IDA to address the site. "There's well over 2 or 3 acres that have been filled in there... a lot of the stuff they're dumping isn't even legal," the resident said.
