The City Council reviewed a utility permit submitted by GoldenWest. Councilperson Laura Petersen told the council she had spoken with GoldenWest and did not see an issue with the plan. Alex Hamilton moved to approve the permit and Stacey Boes seconded; the minutes record 'All ayes' and the permit was approved.
