The Juno Beach Planning & Zoning Board and town staff said they will extend the public comment period for the draft architectural design guideline — known locally as the pattern book — to July 20 to give residents more time to review and submit feedback. Frank Davila, the town director who led the item, said staff recognized the initial seven‑day window was too short and will send an email blast and accept emailed comments.
