Consultants from Kimley Horn presented the draft and noted the document is a working product intended to guide both single‑family and nonresidential design. Reuben Cruz, with Kimley Horn, told the board the pattern book is meant to be a visual guide so "residents, contractors, and developers" understand the town's expectations. Staff said additional workshops or review meetings may be scheduled before the town council approves any final codification.
