Board approves FFA field trip and surplus request to fund equipment for CTE programs
The board approved an FFA overnight field trip to Camp Elkanah (Oct. 13–14) and a request to surplus the pickup bed from a 2020 Dodge Ram; the surplus proceeds will help reimburse the FFA/Ag student body account for a replacement flatbed and to purchase a post hole auger for the Agricultural Learning Center.

The board approved an overnight FFA field trip to Camp Elkanah scheduled for Oct. 13–14 and granted a surplus-property request related to the 2020 Dodge Ram pickup bed. The surplus request, submitted by Agricultural Science & Technology Instructor Daniel Bolen, would use proceeds from the surplused pickup bed along with Fox Foundation funds to reimburse the FFA student body account for purchase of a Bradford flatbed and to help fund a post-hole auger attachment for the school's skid steer.
