The May 19 board agenda listed several administrative reports presented as attachments: Todd Dimond (School Safety Coordinator), Kevin Johnson (Athletic Director), Tom Sorensen (Elementary Principal), and Amanda Lapp (District Financial Administrator). The minutes record that those reports were provided as attachments (6.1a–6.1c and 6.2) but do not include substantive detail of each report in the public-session text.
