Lisa, the town's account manager, gave a consolidated operations update covering several items: coordination with the college while they search for a new facilities manager; an upcoming CSRSAA audit and a facilities evaluation to update building-cost estimates; warranty work and HVAC troubleshooting for Edwards; and ongoing CDPHE turbidity compliance testing and submissions. She also said Timberline is expected to finish a capital project soon and that staff will notify residents about a branch-and-leaf dump and Purdy Road closures.
