The Rangely Town Council introduced Ordinance 70525, which would repeal and replace portions of Title 15 (several articles and sections) to update the town's land-use code. Staff said the revisions stem from a local planning grant and aim to modernize the municipal code and set clearer timelines for processing requests. "Most of this is centered around that," the account manager said, noting planning and zoning had held three work sessions and recommended the draft move forward.
