At the March 17 meeting Commissioner Tony Cardwell said the draft minutes from March 3 did not reflect the entire meeting and declined to make a motion to approve them; the board tabled the minutes for reconsideration at a later meeting. Attorney April Geltmaker told Cardwell that any requested changes must be specific and submitted to the auditor before a meeting.
