Washington County commissioners approved an annual letter of support for the Community Corrections grant after Chief Probation Officer Myra Albertson requested it; the support letter is submitted annually as part of the grant application process.

Chief Probation Officer Myra Albertson presented an annual letter of support required for the Community Corrections grant application and asked the board to approve it. Albertson said the support letter is “requested every year in order to get the grant.”
