The advisory committee opened its meeting by handling a nomination. Staff member asked for a motion to nominate Jeff; Committee member 1 moved to nominate him and the motion was seconded. "I make a motion to nominate Jeff," Committee member 1 said, and after a second the committee voted, with members responding "Aye," and the chair confirming the motion passed.
