On a motion by Ralph Horacek and seconded by Steve Crouse, the Board approved adjusting tree acres for Protest #4 from 38.46 to 71.26. The motion carried with one no vote (Andy Ditter) and one abstention (Darren Nelson).

During deliberations on Protest #4, Board member Ralph Horacek moved and Steve Crouse seconded to adopt the Assessor's recommendation to adjust tree acres from 38.46 to 71.26. The minutes record the vote: AYES — Horacek, Crouse, Russell, Cornwell; NAYS — Ditter; ABSTAIN — Nelson; ABSENT — Voichoskie. The motion carried.
