The council authorized use of funds from the sewer department reserve account ES884 to fund the HSAO sewer improvements capital project (Resolution 97) and then reopened the matter to correct a numeric typo. After a motion to reopen, councilors amended the amount (council discussion noted a discrepancy between 356,000 and 365,000) and the amendment carried; the resolution as amended was then approved by voice vote.
