Committee approves front-facing solar array at 25 Pilot Drive

The panels are all black, they're closely clustered together,” Livingstone said.
Committee members noted the property falls within a solar-exempt area that allows more leniency for front-facing installations; a motion to approve was made and seconded and the committee voted unanimously to approve the application as presented.
