Commissioners reviewed multiple Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) items and noted a recent scorecard calculation error that had raised some project scores by about five points. Scott Bordeaux recommended adding boilerplate language to letters explaining what different score bands mean for county expectations. "A score of 66... would qualify as meeting our criteria for a sustainable building," he said, arguing for consistent context in all letters.
