At the council’s request, Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan presented an example procurement policy revision that another town recently approved and explained increases in procurement amounts. Councilors asked her to draft an Ordinance for introduction at the November meeting that mirrors the example provided but removes the requirement for the Town to accept the lowest bidder.
