District approves master signage program and Bowman landscape proposal
The Board approved Bowman Consulting Group's landscape architecture proposal to replace monuments and master signage throughout the CDD, with neighborhood monument replacements funded from Pelican Sound replacement reserves.

Eric Long presented the Bowman Consulting Group proposal for a Pelican Sound Master Signage Program that would replace monuments across the CDD, coordinating monument materials and locations where needed. The Board approved the Bowman proposal on motion by Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Bob Schultz, and adopted it "with all in favor."
