Eric Long presented the Bowman Consulting Group proposal for a Pelican Sound Master Signage Program that would replace monuments across the CDD, coordinating monument materials and locations where needed. The Board approved the Bowman proposal on motion by Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Bob Schultz, and adopted it "with all in favor."
Mr. Krebs noted some monuments will be relocated and that the cost for neighborhood monument replacements is budgeted under Pelican Sound replacement reserves. Mr. Long said information and designs will be provided to neighborhoods when appropriate and that Bowman can coordinate to achieve consistent visual elements.
