As part of a multi-year traffic-calming plan, Shane Willis presented AV‑Tech's proposals including a $74,000 package for three 15" solar-powered digital speed radar signs, $1,500 per cloud traffic device per year, and a $25,000 mobile unit option. Eric Long noted one existing unit logged roughly 800 varied speeding violations over a three-week period and proposed moving that unit 20–30 yards to a new location; staff said poles would cost about $1,200 each.
